The effects when Muzan was walking in was the Wisteria barrier affecting him and him essentially ignoring it because he regenerates just that fast. I'm assuming a normal demon trying to pass through it would have burned to a crisp.

That stringed cup thing is prob not so much a I'm a spider, so what reference, as it is a real physical phenomenon xD.

Season 5 is just weird. Like, the only thing important in Season 5 story wise is learning about Soma's mom and Erina's mother. Like, the actual plot is really dumb unfortunately.

Last season wasn't that bad for me....didn't realize so many people hated it.

btw and I am anime only so no clue where it leads but in season 1 when we see Zenitsu's backstory there's one other student of lightning hashira that talked shit to Zenitsu and threw a peach at him, He was also wearing the choker but we didn't see the face. (My guess homie became a demon and we're gonna see some lightning style vs lightning style later)

my headcannon is that the smoke around muzan is he regenerating himself from the wistoria

Ngl I couldn't help laugh with that long ass walking sequence by Muzan. Just a theory but for while now I've thought that Muzan might be Ubuyashiki's ancestor. Ubuyashiki, and his family, seem to have an honor bound grudge against Muzan and Muzan's demonification was the cause of seeking a cure for an incurable sickness.

great reaction guys, you guys are super open-minded and mature when it comes to these shows, a lot of that is lacking in other people’s reactions. I’d like to add in case no one mentioned it but the Roxy scene was changed, the author likely wanted to make Rudy’s character more redeemable but he’s the one who pulled her onto the bed as she tried to leave.

Honestly I love this series so much. It's not some masterclass of storytelling or anything but it's so genuine in knowing what it is. It's purely a series written by someone that loves the idea of piloting giant mechs and you can feel the love of the genre. It's pure fanservice for giant robot fans and I love it.

From an anime only perspective, after Rudy left, we saw Sylphie continued to be friends with and regularly visit with Zenith and Lilia for years (and she told Rudy she learned to cook and etiquette from them, rather than her own parents). So she is very familiar with that sort of relationship I do think it's realistic that their world has different cultures - some embrace monogamy, e.g., Millis, and some don't, e.g., the Asura culture of the Greyrats and Ariel). Sylphie and Roxy never met, though Rudeus always boasts about his master. It would be ironic if while they were away Sylphie did some home remodelling and found the Shrine of the Holy Relic.... though Aisha at least knows the story behind that..

they skip a lot of how the mecks work they have 3 levels the external(armor) the tissue(muscles) that is what they are fixing and the skeleton and even had something similar to blood. the meck is more biological that what they show is more similar to an eva from neon genesis evangelion.
